Dispatch 06: Another Beautiful Day up to Lobuche

This is Dave Hahn calling from Lobuche just over 16,000 feet, we moved up from Dingboche today, yet another beautiful day, I cannot believe our run of good weather, blue sky and sunshine through the morning. We made pretty good time today, we were at Duhgla at lunch spot at the base of the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier about 11, and we were up the hill and here to Lobuche by about 1:30 in the afternoon and everybody is feeling pretty good and moving well. We are in a little lodge up here, Lobuche is pretty busy this time of year/ Every room is full and there's a bunch of tents out front in the yard. It is cloudy now, it's night time again, clouds rolled in this afternoon, it's a little colder up here at 16,000 feet, but we're having a pretty good time of things. We're going to be resting here tomorrow, and I'll let you know what's going on with the IMG Everest trip tomorrow. Bye for now.
