Check with the Officials at the Friday registration if you have any questions on your start time. A disqualification will result if your team does not start at the correct start time. Remember to allow time for the bike check and to ride the lift to the start.

FRIDAY, MAY 16TH

• 11:00am-8:00pm Race Packet Pick-Up at The Les Schwab Amphitheater white house & train cars to the rear of the stage facing Shevlin-Hixon Drive.
• 4:00pm - 8:30pm Canoe/Kayak drop off at Launch Site (In near Columbia Street Bridge, out at Columbia & Shevlin-Hixon Intersection.

SATURDAY, MAY 17TH, 2008

• 6:30am - 7:00am Emergency Packet Pick-Up at The Les Schwab Amphitheater white
  house & train cars to the rear of the stage facing Shevlin-Hixon Drive.
• 6:30am Canoe/Kayak drop-off at launch site
• 8:00am Lifts open at Mt. Bachelor-Alpine Course Inspection Opens
• 7:30am Bike Check opens in front of Nordic Center
• 8:45am Alpine Race Venue is closed to inspection
• 9:00am 92.7 starts LIVE COVERAGE of the race
• 10:00am Food Booths open in Les Schwab Amphitheater
• 11:00 am Bud Light Beer station opens in Les Schwab Amphitheater
• 2:00pm All bikes must be picked up at the Bike Finish area
• 3:00pm(approx.) Awards Ceremony on stage at Les Schwab Amphitheater
• 4:00pm All boats must be picked up at the Canoe/Kayak finish area
• 4:00pm Bud Light Beer station closes
