Registration

To register online, login to your MBSEF account (mbsef.org), or create an account (mbsef.org) if you don't already have one. After creating your account you can register one or more racers.

To register by mail or in-person complete the entry form. (PDF, mbsef.org)

Online registration must be performed by the Team Captain or Individual participant.

For mail-in or walk-in registrations, a non-participant can fill out the form, but the waiver must be signed by the participating individual(s). Be sure to include your email address. We'll send an email once we've processed your registration.

Bib Number & Race Packet Information

Bib Pick-Up will be Friday, May 16th from 11:00am to 8:00pm at The Les Schwab Amphitheater white house & train cars to the rear of the stage facing Shevlin-Hixon Drive. Emergency Bib Pick-up will be Saturday from 6:30am to 7:00am in the same location. Please use this time ONLY if a major crisis occurs and you or a teammate cannot make it Friday.

DO NOT GO TO THE MOUNTAIN WITHOUT YOUR BIBS OR LIFT TICKETS ON RACE DAY. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION AT THE MOUNTAIN!

Please verify your start times, bib color and number for the proper category.

Point Lift Tickets:

Will be supplied for each downhill skier. Please remember there are enough points for ONLY one practice run and the race itself. You may purchase additional points from the Guest Services at Mt. Bachelor.
ID Tags: Please put your Bib # and name on these stickers and place on your equipment.

Bib Bar Code Scanning
:

As of 2002 we have been using a barcode scanning system (therefore no wristbands). Please make sure your sprinter is wearing a bib with a barcode on it. Teams and pairs will need to tag teammates in order to start the next leg. Exchange volunteers will report bib numbers who do not comply.

 

Refund Policy

Full Refunds will only be given to those who contact the Race Director before May 10, 2008. Cancellations received after this date will have a $10 handling fee deducted from their refund.
