I just witnessed the most incredible sunset here at base camp, so beautiful. . .  So Dave is going to do the  . . . o'clocker, hopefully that is going to get things started up. Glacier Life

 
I am surrounded by massive boulders some perched ready for flight

Taking off without any warning, when ice below melts, that's deciding its plight

Sections of glacier hanging high above, way bigger than your house, I can guarantee that

Formed over centuries they fall thousands of meters, instantly pulverized, now looking like powder, thick as clam chowder

Huge bodies of water near your camp you've come to know disappear though some underground caverns in just minutes or hours, down valley they go

This amphitheater I've been living in for this part of my life is so awesome, morning noon and night
