Namaste, this is Dave, at Advanced Base Camp, and the world is looking a lot better now. I called you this morning when I was just waking up and hadn't been out of the tent. But now I've got my crampons on and ready to go down to Base Camp. It's 11:00 am - 12:00 in the morning. Myself and Mike Haugen, Casey Grom, my fellow Rainier guides, we're going to walk down together. We're all equally tired from yesterday, really. Each of us summited the mountain yesterday but the big part of our day ended up being trying to get a semi-conscience victim of cerebral edema down the mountain in a litter. We succeeded in getting her from near the Balcony all the way down to Camp III where a British team of doctors really stepped in and helped us. We didn't get down there til dark last night. We didn't get here at ABC until 10:30pm. But now we're going to walk to Base Camp.
