Dispatch 54: 10 Summiters from IMG Team, Dave Hahn Heads for South Col Tomorrow

Hey GreatOutdoors, this is Dave Hahn it's 7:30 in the evening on the 19th of May, and I didn't have too restful a day here at advance base camp. Ended up being lots of chores to do, and had to stay in touch all day radio communications from up above and down below, fairly busy day, but not too bad,and feeling pretty ready for tomorrow, conditions are nice. I do hope to go to Camp IV tomorrow. Exciting day today, we had 10 summiters from IMG team today, six Sherpas and four westerners, and everybody down okay, so that was pretty nice, and the next crew is at the South Col tonight and they all made it up in good time today so we're hoping for good things for those folks tomorrow and then we have people at Camp III and myself and a few others here at Camp II as well. So a few days of Everest summit bids to go. But I'm starting to focus more and more on my own, which is going to be coming up quickly, assuming I get up to the Col okay tomorrow, I'll give you a call from the Lhotse face tomorrow and let you know how it's going.
