Dispatch 45: Biding Time for the Summit Push

GreatOutdoors, this is Dave, Everest Base Camp and another day for me just hanging loose, taking it easy, still trying to rest up, eat a lot. A number of our team were starting to go hiking around, we haven't seen anybody from our group up the hill yet toward a summit bid yet but teams around us are starting to move in that direction. There are some folks up at advance base camp tonight, and a few more on the move from what we hear. But most of us are . . . and hoping that route gets tracked in a . . . . It wasn't too bad a day at base camp. We watched a big helicopter come in an take away large part of the wreckage of the helicopter that crashed here at base camp in 2003 so that was kind of a surprise to see that big hulking . . . base camp on the glacier. Okay . . . bye for now.
