GreatOutdoors, this is Dave Hahn at the Base Camp in steadily falling snow, it's evening here at the IMG camp, it started snowing about . . . and snowing fairly heavily now. Hoping to go up through the icefall tomorrow with Larry we'll see, if it snows a bunch we won't be able to. Today we were mostly resting, we took a hike with Ang Jangbu and Mark Tucker out in to the lower glacier, looking for signs of the old climbs, saw a lot of the old wood bridges, log bridges they used to use to cross crevasses, that was kind of interesting but really out just stretching our legs. Some of our folks that were up on the Lhotse Face yesterday, the Yellow Banditos as we called them, came down today, they climbed to nearly 24,000 feet yesterday, and their trip is done, that was their goal. And they came down today with Mike Haugen . . . and so we had a little celebration dinner for them, cakes and some nice drinks and they are going to start walking out tomorrow while the rest of us eventually will start walking up again. Bye for now.
