I was just saying I did a carry through the icefall today, left about quarter to six, got up about 9:10. And at that point Brenda and Dennis and Karl and Markus and Walter were all packing up to go higher, they were going to go up to Camp II, Justin is already there, that left Fiona and Paul and Jim and Jack at Camp I along with four of the Sherpas. I talked with everybody for a little bit, cached by gear then headed back down the icefall. Things are in okay condition in the icefall, it was a little thought provoking going through the accident site. Since I was walking alone today I was thinking a lot about Phinjo, but not in terms of fear for my own life, just the icefall is the same as it ever is, it was fine for me today, just thinking about Phinjo and wishing things were different. But got back down here, had lunch, a little bit of snow this afternoon, but not bad, not piling up, things are okay at Everest Base Camp, my leg did okay on the walk, it did better going up than it did coming down, but it's just going to be a little bit more time.
