Dispatch 22 Part 1: Dave Climbs to Camp I Through Accident Site

Hello Great Outdoors.com, this is Dave. I'm at Base Camp but I've been to Camp 1. I decided to test my leg out so I left here about a quarter to six this morning and got up to Camp I about ten minutes after nine or so. Interesting going through the icefall by myself, there were other people out but I ended up pretty much on my own. Course thinking about Phinjo and the accident every step of the way, but not scared, not worried for me just sad for him. And eventually got through the accident site up to Camp I where the sun was out. Justin is already up at Camp II but Brenda and Dennis and Walter and Karl . . .(satellite transmission breaks up)...
