Dispatch 2: From Lobuche: Snowing like Crazy

Hello GreatOutdoors, this is Dave Hahn talking to you from the 2006 IMG Everest Expedition. We're in Lobuche, we're still on the trek in, I'm sitting right now in our dining tent, our Great Escapes International Mountain Guides dining tent. It's snowing like crazy out. It's dark and cold up here in Lobuche. But our whole group is up here and everyone is doing well. We took a rest day today. Folks went on hikes. Others of us just took it easy, played some games, some Scrabble and took it easy, got ready for moving up tomorrow. We're hoping to move up to Gorak Shep tomorrow. but we'll see what the weather is doing. Today started out pretty good but it clouded up this afternoon and like I say started snowing this evening. It hasn't affected us too badly yet, we're still enjoying things. We'll give you a call tomorrow and let you know what's up. Bye now.
