Great Outdoors this is Dave Hahn, still at Base Camp, IMG Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Lots of climbers going into the icefall today, lots of climbers and Sherpas, big line of climbers going in and out of the blocks of the Khumbu Icefall. Rest day for us down here at base camp. A lot got done here today, though, number of our Sherpas carried to camp II today, advance base camp, which as I mentioned our base camp has been established, our tents are going up there and there is permanent staff there at Camp II. Additionally we had five of our Sherpa team set out for fixing the Lhotse face and they spent all day at it, on and off snow storms, and they kept right at it, climbing almost 24000 feet, they got within 50 meters with our intended camp III, just an amazing effort, they worked all day long, they didn't get down to the base of the Lhotse face until six in the evening, really impressive, they are going to try to finish that fixing effort tomorrow morning. Amazing job those guys are doing. I hope to get up there in the Western Cwm and take a look at the Lhotse face myself soon, but we'll see what the schedule is like. That's about it. Another nice day here little snow in the afternoon, not a big deal, no big weather systems threatening us right now. All for now.
