Hey, this is Dave Hahn at Everest Base Camp, one more day at Base Camp. Doing pretty well, Larry and I went up to the base of the ladders in the icefall, so about an hour out of base camp here, it was pretty nice to have our crampons on and our ice axes in our hands and be climbing the mountain. We're still just kind of stretching our legs and getting used to the place. Boy there was a lot of traffic in the icefall today, many many groups were doing just what we were doing, sending folks up to test themselves out on the ladders and the ropes, but there was also a lot of Sherpa traffic carrying loads up through, coming back down. Our folks, The IMG team that was at camp I they all came back down to base camp today after a couple of successful nights up there. And boy things are moving in most directions here, I still don't personally know what shape the icefall is in, but people are reporting that it's going pretty smoothly through there. I'll get to know it better in the next couple of days 'cause we're going to keep working away at it. Being up there and on the trail got to see lots of my friends, lots of Sherpas I've known for a few years here and other climbers. We don't normally see each other all in base camp but out there climbing on the same route we bump into each other all the time, it was like a reunion up there, pretty nice. I'll let you know what goes on tomorrow. Bye for now.
