Hey, this is Dave from Basecamp on Mount Everest. Hello Greaoutdoors.com. Ah, the IMG trip is going well, six of our team went up to Camp I today and three of our sherpas are sleeping there as well, just above the ice fall. And those folks will be pushing in the direction of (camp) II tomorrow. We're going to inhabit Camp II starting tomorrow, when our sherpa cooks are gonna go up there. Mingmar and Lhakpa Bhote are gonna be up there from now on and so the door is open. We've got a few more members headin' up tomorrow, including Carl the german orthopedic surgeon who's been keeping track of my knee. My knee that I whacked on a rock, right on the knee cap. It's turned all black and blue right now. But, uh, Carl's examined it again and tells me there's nothing broken, but tells me i'm gonna have to wait a little bit longer before I get to play on the ice fall, but he's going up tomorrow. And, uh, maybe i can sneak in some exercise while he's gone. But, things are going well here with kind of a cold day, a little bit of cloud cover all day long, but not unpleasant, we're doing fine on Mount Everest, sounds like the Adventure Consultants group and AAI groups are probably both heading up tomorrow through the ice fall as well, according to the rumors, talk to you soon.
