Hey, this is Dave Hahn at the heart of the Khumbu, coming to you from Everest Base Camp. It's snowing a little bit tonight, just a few flakes coming down, no stars and a few avalanches coming down around me. We had a long and a good day, 24 of our Sherpas made it up to Camp I with loads today land two of our team made it all the way Camp II, advance base camp about 21,500 feet to stake out a spot for the IMG team up there and everybody made it safely back down to base camp. We also hear that other climbers on our team made it up Island Peak today and made it down safely as well. We've got a pretty big team just here in base camp, there's Canadians, and Mexicans and Americans and there is more folks on the way. We had a puja ceremony for our climbers who had come a little bit later, Larry with me, and the Mexicans who just came in yesterday, a small puja ceremony that was very nicely done by Phinjo Sherpa then we sent our trekking team of Mike and Katie and Andrea on their way after lunch and they headed down valley and tonight should be down at Lobuche, so we were a little sorry to see them go, but now Larry and I are focused on climbing Mount Everest so for the most part we took it easy today and tried to get more acclimatized and we'll start into the details of preparing for our climb in the next days. Bye for now.
